KYC & Aadhar Usage Policy

  • Aadhaar number is used solely for customer identity verification through Aadhaar-based e-KYC and OTP authentication with the UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India) gateway.
  • We do not store your Aadhaar number or biometric data on our servers. Only the minimum necessary data received from UIDAI for verification is retained securely.
  • Aadhaar authentication ensures faster and more secure onboarding.

4. Data Collection

During the signup process, you will be required to provide:

  • Aadhaar number for OTP-based verification
  • Personal details as per Aadhaar for identity confirmation

5. Use of KYC Data

Your KYC information, including Aadhaar authentication results, will be used only for:

  • Verifying your identity
  • Complying with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Enabling access to our EMI wallet and payment services

6. Data Security and Confidentiality

  • We employ strict security measures including encryption and secure access controls to protect your KYC and Aadhaar data.
  • Your data is only accessible to authorized personnel involved in KYC processing.
  • We do not share Aadhaar or KYC data with unauthorized third parties.
  • We adhere to the Aadhaar Act, 2016, Information Technology Act, 2000, and guidelines issued by UIDAI and other regulatory authorities regarding Aadhaar use and data protection.
  • We ensure that Aadhaar authentication is done only with your explicit consent.

8. Your Rights

  • You have the right to withdraw consent for Aadhaar-based authentication at any time.
  • You can request access to your KYC data and ask for corrections if needed.
  • We will delete or anonymize your data as per legal and regulatory requirements once it is no longer needed.
