- Customers may request cancellation of subscription-based services or wallet services at any time by contacting our support team via email or phone.
- Cancellation requests will be processed within 5 business days from the date of receipt.
- Upon cancellation, access to the paid features or wallet services will be disabled at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.
3. Refund Policy
- Wallet Deposits: All deposits made to the wallet are generally non-refundable except in cases where withdrawal is allowed under wallet terms, subject to applicable withdrawal fees.
- Subscription Fees: Subscription fees paid for EMI guidance or credit improvement plans are non-refundable once the service period has started.
- Service Failure: Refunds may be considered only if the service is not delivered as promised or due to technical failure on our side, after investigation and confirmation.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted at our sole discretion depending on the usage and circumstances.
4. Refund Process

- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account.
5. Exceptions
