- You agree to provide accurate personal information during registration, including Aadhaar and mobile number for KYC and authentication.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are liable for all activities conducted through your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. User Obligations
- You agree to use the platform lawfully and not engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to loan management and financial transactions.
- You consent to our collection and use of your data as per our Privacy Policy and KYC & Aadhaar Usage Policy.
6. Wallet Usage
- Wallet deposits can be made as per your convenience, and you may use wallet balance to pay EMIs through our platform.
- Withdrawal from the wallet is subject to withdrawal fees as specified in the wallet policy.
- Wallet funds do not earn interest and are for EMI management only.
7. Payment Processing
- All payments made through the platform are processed via third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe).
- We are not responsible for any failures, delays, or errors in payment processing by third-party providers.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, logos, and software on this platform are the property of Dreno Micro EMI 365 or its licensors.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We provide our services “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We do not guarantee loan approvals, credit score improvements, or financial outcomes.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or illegal activities.
- Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, but obligations and rights accrued prior to termination will survive.
