2. Is Dreno Micro EMI 365 a bank or NBFC?
No. We are a technology platform that helps you manage EMI payments. We do not provide loans or credit. All lending is done by banks or NBFCs independently.
3. How do I sign up?
You can sign up using your mobile number and Aadhaar for OTP-based verification. Upon successful Aadhaar authentication, your loan details will be automatically fetched and displayed on your dashboard.
4. How do I add money to my wallet?
You can deposit money daily, weekly, or monthly through our payment gateways. You can top-up your wallet anytime as per your convenience.
5. Can I withdraw money from the wallet?
Yes, withdrawals are allowed but subject to a small withdrawal fee. You can request a withdrawal anytime, and it will be processed securely.
6. How do I pay my EMIs through Dreno Micro EMI 365?
Once your wallet has sufficient balance, you can make EMI payments directly from it. The platform will also send reminders to help you pay on time.
7. Is my personal data safe?
Absolutely. We use bank-level security protocols and comply with all applicable data protection laws. Your Aadhaar and KYC data are used only for verification purposes and are handled securely.
8. What happens if I miss an EMI payment?
Our platform sends you reminders to avoid missed payments. However, late payments or defaults may still affect your credit score as per your lending institution’s policies.
